The Web site includes a seminar taught by experts from the Wage and Hour Division, fact sheets summarizing the major provisions of the new rules, and links to the actual regulatory text and preamble. The Web page also allows employees and employers to submit questions directly to the Wage and Hour Division and to sign up for updates on the new rules.
