E-mail-Company Property Inspection Policy

The Company reserves the right to require employees while on Company property to agree to inspection of their persons, personal possessions and Property, personal vehicles parked on Company property, and work areas. This includes lockers desks, file cabinets, workstations, personal mail sent to the Company, and e-mail. Such searches may be conducted at any time without advance notice.

Employees are prohibited from using personal locks on Company property unless specifically authorized by management to do so. The Company shall retain a copy of the key or the combination of all locks.

E-mail should not be used for personal, non-business related communications. Employees should be aware that all e-mail will be subject to review by the Company. The Company has retained a copy of all computer passwords. Employees are prohibited from using personal computer passwords unknown to the Company.
