Why doesn't the User Activity on the User Edit page update when I update the Training Request?

Whether or not a user is Compliant for an Activity on the User Edit page is a process which is run at night. The User Edit page will not contain realtime results for whether or not a person is compliant for a particular activity. The result will be as of the process which happened during the night. When you update a Training Request the user's requirements are updated in real time. However, some of the Compliance Reporting has the data crunched the night before.
