A federal judge has entered an opinion and order finding Detroit-head??quartered Sherwood Food Distributors, LLC in contempt of court for failing to pay its payroll tax liability in violation of the consent decree previously entered by the court to resolve the EEOC???s class sex discrimination suit against the company, the federal agency announced today.
