EEOC to Hold Meeting on Wednesday, April 25

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission  (EEOC) is holding a meeting on Wednesday, April 25, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time),  at agency headquarters, 131 M Street, N.E. The EEOC is holding the open session of the meeting which will be open to public  observation of the Commission’s deliberations and voting.

The EEOC will be discussing the following matters  for consideration during the open session of the meeting:

  • Enforcement Guidance on the  Consideration of Arrest and Conviction Records in Employment Decisions under  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and
  • Enforcement Guidance on Reasonable Accommodation and Undue Hardship under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
