Tutorial
Before using the redesigned system, users must undergo a short
tutorial in the E-Verify system. Employers should plan additional time
for the first use of E-Verify after June 13.

USCIS has updated its website to cover some of the new features of
the redesigned program, which include a new look, a new homepage,
simplification of terminology, user-friendly case results, enhanced
case alerts, and easy to find links to related publications and
documentation, including the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Employers can prepare for the change by visiting the government’s E-verify page at www.uscis.gov/everify,
clicking the “Customer Support” link (left side of the page) and
selecting the “E-Verify Redesign” option. Users will find links to
publications, “how to” videos, user manuals, and additional resources.
USCIS has announced it will hold two free webinars to introduce users to the new system on June 16th. Registration and webinar information can be found at the USCIS website.
