The Employer Information Report EEO-1, otherwise known as the EEO-1 Report, is required to be filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee by all reporting companies no later than September 30. In preparation for the 2013 EEO-1 survey, all passwords have been reset for security and confidentiality purposes. All reporting companies will receive notification letters, which will contain the new passwords.
If your company urgently requires prior year reports, only the company's EEO-1 contact or certifying official may request the password by sending an email to
[email protected]. The company's name and login id need to be provided. Updates to company information will be possible once the 2013 EEO-1 survey is opened.
The online form is totally web based. There is no software to download or install. As much as possible, information is pre-filled from the previous year to speed up data entry. Data is transferred over the Internet using encryption, assuring the company's privacy. The site allows the company access up to 10 years worth of EEO-1 data for the company.
