The EEOC administers the annual EEO-1 filing process through the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee. The government shutdown may have slowed the opening date for the EEO-1 filing website. Employers should contact the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee helpline for updates at 1-877-392-4647
