USCIS Revises Posters to Require Less Ink

Wednesday, December 4, 2013

In response to feedback through E-Verify Listens,  the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) revised the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters so that they require less ink to print.

It’s important to note that:

It is mandatory for E-Verify employers to display the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters.

Previous versions of the posters are still acceptable but the revised versions capture minor program updates.

Employers who display the previous versions of these posters are still in compliance. However, the replacement posters require less ink.
